Collins husband, James Collins, served as a Farmington Police Officer, Mueller's husband, Paul Mueller, served as Chief of Police for West Fork and Hussey's son, John Tillman Hussey served as a Springdale Police Officer. The memorial honored law enforcement officers from area agencies who have been killed in the line of duty or who have passed away.
